Fee Structures Flexible Enough to Meet any Individual or Businesses Budget

$500.00 Flat Fee: Basic CAN-SPAM "checkup" or Diagnosis Hitting on the High-Level view of an Operation.



$100.00 New Client/First Consult Reduced One-time Flat Fee. With this we may spend up to 2 or 3 hours discussing the client's situation or questions. It is an opportunity to discover both what your interests and desires are for your email campaigns, and for us to get to know each other and whether it would be a good fit. You are also welcome to simply use this as a one-time opportunity to ask your own sets of questions and concerns regarding any aspect of email/SMTP communications and the law. You can also enquire as to what sort of software I could design especially for you or your organization and/or how you could enlist developers in other countries to handle mailsevers and other aspects of your future commercial ventures via the internet.

$250.00 Normal Hourly rate.

Finally, I'm also very interested in entering limited contracts to allow attorney/client agreements such that I would take very minor stakes/share/interests in businesses or ventures on the internet at the same time that I act as an attorney for the client. That is, I can give you reduced rates, lesser up front retainers/fee-deposits if I took very minor ownership shares in the businesses whose legal situation I'd be protecting and advising on.
